- Open your internet browser (like Chrome, Firefox, or Edge).
- Go to the official Webroot website by typing: www.webroot.com/secure
- On the page, you'll see a box asking for your 20-character product key.
- Type your keycode exactly as it appears (you can find it in your purchase confirmation email or on your retail card).
- Click the “Next” or “Download Now” button.

- Once the download starts, open the file (usually named wsainstall.exe on Windows).
- If asked, click “Yes” to allow the installation.
